Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using BullStreet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use BullStreet.

BullStreet is a market-tracking application for cryptocurrencies, decentralised-exchange (DEX) tokens and US stocks. It provides price data, charts, trending lists, watchlists, price alerts, a news feed, and two paid services: Boost (paid placement of a coin on the Boosted board) and Verification (a paid manual review that awards a verified badge). The App does not facilitate buying, selling, custody or trading of any asset.

All information in BullStreet is for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment or trading advice. A coin appearing on the Boosted board, or carrying a verified badge, is not a recommendation or an endorsement by BullStreet. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

A Boost places a coin on the Boosted board for the fixed duration shown at checkout. It activates automatically the moment your payment is confirmed and expires at the end of the purchased period.

• Boosts are non-refundable once active.
• Anyone may boost any coin; a Boost does not verify the coin or its team.
• We may remove a Boost without refund if the coin or its promotion violates these Terms or applicable law.

Verification is a manual review of a project by the BullStreet team. Your payment is held while we review the application, and you are emailed the result — normally within 48 hours.

• If approved, the coin receives a lifetime verified badge and the fee is non-refundable.
• If declined, the fee is refunded in full: crypto payments to the wallet address you provided at checkout, card payments to the original card.
• Verification confirms only that the information you submitted was consistent and the project appeared legitimate at the time of review. It is not an audit, a guarantee, or investment advice, and a badge may be withdrawn without refund if the information proves false.
• You must have the right to represent the project you submit and must provide accurate information.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Square; crypto payments by NOWPayments, which quotes an exact amount and deposit address valid for a limited time. Payments sent after the quote expires, to the wrong address, in the wrong asset or for less than the quoted amount may not be credited automatically — contact support with your order ID and we will resolve it. Network fees are paid by you. Boost and Verification are digital services delivered on payment; except as stated in sections 4 and 5, all sales are final.

The "Trade" button opens third-party exchanges (currently FOMO and Toobit) through referral links. BullStreet may earn a commission when you use them, at no cost to you. BullStreet does not operate these exchanges, never holds your funds, and is not responsible for their services, fees, availability or security. Their terms apply.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems, or to circumvent rate limits; (c) post harmful, offensive or misleading content; (d) impersonate others or submit false information in a Boost or Verification purchase; (e) interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience; (f) scrape or redistribute market data from the App.

Market data comes from third-party providers (CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, Binance and Databento). Stock quotes are delayed and are not real-time. BullStreet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information displayed, and price alerts may be delayed or missed.

All content, features and functionality of BullStreet are owned by BullStreet and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our permission. Coin names and logos belong to their respective projects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullStreet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including financial losses from reliance on data, alerts, boosted or verified listings, or third-party exchanges. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
